The StillSpirits Air Still Pro is a compact, 2-in-1 hybrid distillation system that functions as both a reflux and pot still. It requires no cooling water or plumbing. Featuring automated foreshots collection, a built-in botanical basket, and smart-sensing technology, it allows you to easily produce high-purity neutral spirits (up to 90% ABV) or rich botanical spirits and dark liquors at home. 
Key Features & Modes
The device offers incredible flexibility with interchangeable tips and smart-sensing modes for different distillation styles: 
    • Reflux Mode: Produces ultra-clean, neutral spirits up to \(90\%\) ABV. Uses internal stainless steel and copper saddles to purify the vapor.
    • Pot Still Mode: Delivers flavorful spirits up to \(80\%\) ABV.
  • Botanical Basket: Fits easily into the column so you can infuse vapors with botanicals for homemade gin or other flavored spirits.
  • Automatic Foreshots Collection: A built-in vial automatically isolates and captures the first \(30\text{ ml}\) of distillate—the foreshots—making it safer and easier to discard. 
Setup and Operation
Using the system is straightforward, taking around 60 to 90 minutes to heat up, with a standard run lasting roughly 4 hours before it automatically shuts off. 
  1. Prepare the Boiler: Always add ceramic boil enhancers and a bit of distilling conditioner to prevent foaming. Fill to the maximum capacity of 4 Liters.
  2. Select the Mode: Choose your setup. For reflux, place the ‘R’ tip and the structured saddles in the column; for pot still mode, use the ‘P’ tip.
  3. Run: Secure the head unit, insert an empty foreshots collection vial, place a collection vessel, and set the unit to your desired mode.
  4. Clean: Let the unit cool for at least 20 minutes before emptying the boiler and rinsing out the still
